His more than 20 years of insurance industry experience includes senior-level roles at Fortune 100 carriers. That carrier-side perspective helped shape Wendell Charles Insurance as an independent, client-focused agency model.

The right policy, in Jeff's view, starts with genuinely understanding a client's life and risk, not just their budget. As a Ramsey Trusted Advisor, he favors plain-language guidance over insurance jargon so clients understand the recommendation before they sign. Outside the office, he is a proud father of two daughters, volunteers with local food banks in the Quad Cities, and enjoys golf and playing guitar.
