Wendell Charles Wealth Signs Three-Year Lease in Downtown Maquoketa

Wendell Charles Wealth has signed a three-year lease at 119 S. Main St., Suite 4, Maquoketa, Iowa 52060, formalizing our long-term commitment to the Jackson County community following the close of our acquisition earlier this year.

When we acquired the practice, we made a promise to the clients who came with it: nothing about the relationship you value would move away from you. Signing a multi-year lease on Main Street is how we put that in writing. The office isn't a transition point. It's a permanent Wendell Charles Wealth location.

What This Means for Maquoketa Clients

Clients continue to work with the same familiar faces in the same familiar place. Sara Kuhlman remains on-site as Client Service Associate, handling the day-to-day service work that keeps accounts running smoothly. What's new is what sits behind her: the full resources of Wendell Charles Ventures, including in-house financial planning, investment management, tax coordination, and property and casualty insurance through Wendell Charles Insurance.

That means a Maquoketa client no longer has to drive to a metro area — or juggle four different professionals — to get coordinated advice on retirement income, estate planning, business succession, or personal insurance coverage. It's available on Main Street.

A three-year lease is a small commitment next to the multi-generational ones our clients make with us. But it's a real one, and we wanted our neighbors to know we made it.
